2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

✅ Eligible for Full Refund

  • First-time paid subscription to any plan
  • Request made within 30 days of initial payment
  • Account has not been suspended for policy violations
  • Service has not been significantly used (see Fair Use criteria below)

📊 Fair Use Criteria

  • Less than 50 form submissions processed
  • Less than 10 forms created
  • No premium features extensively utilized
  • No significant storage used (under 100MB)

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Pro-rated Refunds

In the following circumstances, we may provide pro-rated refunds:

  • Service unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours due to our system issues
  • Involuntary plan downgrades due to our policy changes
  • Account termination by us due to our service discontinuation

3.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Subscription renewals (beyond initial 30-day period)
  • Voluntary plan changes or upgrades
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Failure to cancel before renewal date
  • Change of mind after 30-day guarantee period
  • Technical issues on user's end (browser, internet, device)
  • Third-party integration failures beyond our control
  • Requests made more than 60 days after the billing date
